Digital patterns are delivered by email right after purchase — no shipping needed, and because they're instant downloads they can't be returned.

Physical items are made and packed by hand, and typically ship within a few business days. You'll receive tracking once your order is on its way.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
